No new users can sign up after WP update to 3.4.2

When a new user tries to register , they get a message from re-Captcha , this comes up To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create


and then the link takes me to this

Tips

If you own multiple domain names (foocars.com and footrucks.com), you can sign up for multiple keys, or use a global key.

i really hate WP updates, and am seriously considering just never updating WP , too many problems after they come out with updates
