Og meta tags

We want to posts adverts from our website www.dorsetfreelist.co.uk to our Facebook page. Unfortunately when doing so Facebook doesn't always pick up the posts main image and shows a blank avatar image.

We need to add the OG meta tag to the headers of all averts as follows <meta property="og:image" content=" the post image"/>

Can anyone help with advice on where to place the tag and how to call the ads main image into to it?
