One listing duration FOREVER and all others 30 days ?

Hello everybody. This theme is incredible and support is the best i have ever had. This has nothing to do with my thread, but this is the 3rd script i am testing in 2 years. All others 1000 usd each one. And lots of other stuff that i was not ussing. this is the best. has excactly what i need.

I am watching OLX.com and they have CATEGORIES + DIRECTORY (also as a category). I am thinking to create all my categories for 30 days ad duration, but ONE for 3600 days, how could i get this done. Instead of installing a DIRECTORY plugin this would be easier because users have already an account registered in our site.
