Only Accepting Certain Emails For Ads......

I was wondering if there is any way I could only accept certain account applicants for my ClassiPress website, aside from manually approving each user. I ask this because I want to limit the clientele of my classifieds site to solely people from my specific organization.
My question is, is there a way in which I can say that, for some ad categories, only people with a certain ("@") email address can be approved automatically for posting? For example, my site could say, "A "@example.com" email address must be needed in order to post ads, or open an account, except for those wishing to post in the "Cars and Trucks" category."
Any insight into this matter would be appreciated.
