Parse Error in theme-emails.php

I was trying to edit the theme-emails.php around line 401, to add a custom messaged below the system email.

I received this error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/77/5192477/html/truckmounts/wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/theme-emails.php on line 401

So I reverted back to my back up files, and I'm still getting that message. My back up files contain the original downloaded package when I first installed Classipress.

I've even tried uploading the original file directly from my FTP to the server to overwrite as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
