On the PayPal page in ClassiPress

On the PayPal page in my ClassiPress: I have two issues.
1 - I want to modify the CSS style of the PayPal page? Is this possible?
My ClassiPress has a black background, but the PayPal page has a white background. I want to establish a black background to the PayPal page as well. Is this possible?
2 - a question on the PayPal page language: for example, when a French purchase an ad in my ClassiPress, click "
Proceed ", and access the PayPal page Correct! What is the language of the Paypal page that he see?
The French customer will see the French page: "
... www . paypal . com /fr/cgi ..."
or he will see the page "
... www . paypal . com /us/cgi ..." (U.S.)??
That is, the foreign client "french" sees the local PayPal page, in french language, or he sees the PayPal page for my country????
