    Permalink Custom structure issue

    Hello,

    I have my permalinks set to custom structure - /%category%/%postname%/ and this does not work. It allows me to save this, but it does not show the category for some reason. It shows like this:

    https://xxxx.com/webdesign/ad/360-web-firm/

    THIS IS HOW I WOULD LIKE IT TO SAY:

    https://xxxx.com/webdesign/category/360-web-firm/

    360-web-firm is the post name set here for example purposes. Is there any way to actually bring up listing to show the actual categorical it is in?

    i SHOULD note that webdesign is a multi site using sub directories band webdesign is one site name.
