Photoshop PSD Classipress Files

Hi guys,

I just had a quick question about PSD files.

I'm about to ask my friend to customize my classipress site and i wanted to know if he'd be able to use the PSD files to make customizations?

I myself am kinda new to this, so can you explain to me how it works?

Will he be able to make any type of changes to the file such as color themes? borders? etc?

After the changes, how does it work? do we just upload it to the server in place of the older files? or do we have to do some type of conversion?

I didnt buy the developer version, so i'll be upgrading soon if thats how it works. I'm just trying to make his job easier, without all the coding.
