    Pluggable Functions

    Is there some documentation that explains how to use this feature? Best practices? Sample code? Anything?

    I've modified theme-functions.php (which of course broke my site after upgrading to 3.0.3) so if "Pluggable Functions" will allow me to make mods that don't break after updates, then I would like to know how to use them.
