    Plugin to approve new user registrations?

    Which plugin do you guys use for approval of user registrations. I see a few on WP but I am looking for some info about which one works with CP.

    I didn't even deploy the site and I already have spam ads being posted. I would like to be able to approve new users beforehand instead of approving every ad.

    Maybe there is a better way to moderate the new ads automatically.

    Any help would be appreciated.
