    POST an Ad button & Ad Catagories

    I would like to change the wording on Post an Ad button to Post Free News Ad!

    I would like to change the "Ad Catagories" heading on the home page to
    "News Catagories"

    Where can i find these illusive phrases so that I can change their wording?

    As you can tell i am using my website to post news articles rather ads.
