    Where to edit Welcome, user! [My Dashboard | Logout]

    I want to edit the text in the header: Welcome, user! [My Dashboard | Logout] to something like: Welcome, user! [Manage My Ads | Logout]

    I can't seem to find where I can edit this in header.php. Can someone show me how to edit this part?
