Post an ad modification help required

Hi,

I Need some help (free or paid) to modify the Post an Ad system.
1. I need an option to be able to create text links that when clicked take you to the 2nd page of post an ad system.
Suppose I have a category, Sell Cars - I should be able to create a link (with whatever required parameters) "Click here to sell your car" - and it should go to the 2nd page of post an ad form with category "Sell Cars" selected.

2. I need an option to show different name (alias) of the category in post an ad dropdown category list and different on the main website categories navigation.
e.g on post an ad drop down - "Sell your car" and on main Navigation "Cars for Sale"
