Post form based on add type

I'm currently busy customizing classipress for something which i think is not possible in classipress so i'll try to explain what i am trying to achieve...

I want to have a three level deep category selection based on supply or demand like this:

Choose: Supply or demand
- Categories: A B C
- Sub-categories: X Y Z

The posting form to be displayed should be based on the supply or demand value because the form for demand should have less/different fields. The categories for supply or demand are the same, the advertisement should state wheter it is a demand or supply add. Does anyone have experience in doing this or some ideas on what is the easiest way to achieve this?
