Post to users social media

Hi everyone;

I have been checking the forums and can't find a solid answer on this... Is there a plugin or what do you recommend for the following:

1:User comes to classipress site
2:Creates an add
3: I would like to give them an option to click on a "share my ad" button for twitter, facebook, etc. that will post to their social media account of their choosing.

Does this exist?
