    Prevent a category from listing in home page tabs

    Hey guys. I'm using 3.0.5.3.

    I basically want to create a category that won't display any of its posts in the 'Just Listed' or 'Most popular' tabs on the home page.

    The plan is to rename the 'Random tab' to solely display the posts from that category.

    Has anybody done this or know how it can be done?

    I've tried the &exclude= method but I can't seem to get it work in 3.0.5.3

    Your help is greatly appreciated and very welcome
