Pricing Model

I installed classipress and I have set up around 8 top level categories and each category had around 10 sub-categories. I originally set the price of $10 to place an AD, I then realized that I cannot charge that much for certain categories. So I went to pricing model and I have a couple of issues:

1) The view, they are all in alphabetical order, which is ok but now everything is not categorized so I have to go though 80 categories to figure out what is what. If everything was in order by category it would be a lot easier. We should be able to optional set this at a top-level category and have that price structure cascade down to its child

2) The Ad Pack let me set up an expiration time on the pack but if I do "price per category" I do not have this option, we should be able to set this by category

3) This brings me to the feature listings, we should be able to ad that by category also if using the "price per category" option.
