Private Only Plugin

I have been using a plugin 'Private only' for a limited access Classifieds site.

With CP 3.2.1, this no longer works as it produces a redirect loop. I think because the plugin does not like the theme having its own login page (though 3.1.9 has this and it worked fine :-S)

Would anyone like to look at this and suggest some solutions?

I think perhaps if we could exclude the login, register, password reset pages etc, and a terms and conditions page as the public pages this would work.
