problem with "theme my login" plugin

i think that "theme my login" plugin is perfect and do something that waiting a lot of users.
Allow users to set their own password upon registration and Require users to be approved or confirm e-mail address upon registration.

i have a problem with the plugin and classipress....it seems not working, nothing happens when i install it.

i check the url about Regist or Login page and:

when i type url: http://www.test.com/wp-login.php?action=register the plugin seems like no working
when i type url: http://www.test.com/login/?action=register everything is OK and the plugin working very-very well

notice: the 2nd url appears when i change the theme of my site to default one (wordpress 3.0 theme).

is there something that i can do? i want to use this plugin.....
