Re-open - Error: no ad pack has been defined. Please contact the site administrator

***I recognize there are other threads on this - but non solve the error with my settings***

I want to charge and have my customers to be able to publish their ads. I am having issues with posting ads after my customer pays for the ad and i have received the payment ( I created a fake customer to try it out ). After the pack has been chosen and he customer pays for it - he then goes back to publish his/her ad, one problem on step 1:

-Error: no ad pack has been defined. Please contact the site administrator

I do not have any free packs - I removed the default package 30 days for $5 - All my packs are active - I have a language pack
- All my plugins are inactive - I have it set up to fixed price per ad - Show Featured Ads Slider - Yes. - Featured Ad Price - Yes.

Let me know what should I do?
