    Error on New Register: Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked access...

    Hello,
    When a new user registers on my site and tries to create a comment or new coupon, they get the following error:
    Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked access to the WordPress back-office

    Where can I change this option? I have looked all over the place.
