    'Access Denied' message above the comment box

    I created a new user on one of my CP sites...when I go to the comments box for an ad it comes up with the following message below the user's username.

    -------

    Logged in as Jaz. Logout »

    Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office.

    -------

    It does still allow comments to be posted.

    New users are registered as contributors.

    How can I resolve this strange comment that I'm sure will confuse users...?
