redirect to another site url , multisite domains problem

please , I install classipress in a domain and make it multi site but I should transfer it to another domain so the url should change but when I download my site from the first domain , I change the url in database also I cahanged url in the wp-config for multisite code and .htaccess also
But when I opened it in the new domain , It redirect me to the first url domain ??
why , please ?
and how I can change it to open in the new domain ?
