    Refine Multiple Checkbox Bug

    Hi, I've been looking around and see that there has been a known issue with the refine checkbox on multiple selections.

    I seen the following link where it says that it is fixed in 1.3.7.

    I downloaded 1.3.7 and replaced the theme-refine.php file, but the same problem existed.

    Can anyone tell me if it was Definatley fixed and if so of I need to replace perhaps some functions somewhere in other files? I'm running 1.3.6 and it's heavily modified, I really don't want to do a full upgrade as this issue is the only problem I have faced with my install.
