Registration Disabled

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up my second classipress site, however I am having a little bit of trouble the second time around.

I am unable to "enable user registration" and when I click on "post an ad" i get a broken link.

I am using wordpress multi site this time around so could these problems have to do with the settings of the theme for my primary domain?
