    Remove "Cost Per Listing: Price depends on ad package selected"

    Is it possible to remove the whole line:
    1. "Cost Per Listing:
      Price depends on ad package selected"
    2. when posting a new Ad? I only want to show the "Select a Category" without the above line (remove Cost Per Listing Line. I feel this line will discourage people using my site that want to post FREE Ads.. I am setting up Ad Packs that will let people post both FREE and PAID ads.. please advice.
