    Remove the header toolbar

    Hi,
    I'm trying to remove the black wordpress toolbar in the header of my site.
    I don't need it as an admin, and I don't want any of my visitors/users to see it ... it's 100% useless to me.
    I don't understand why there isn't a checkbox somewhere to remove it .... anyway ... anyone knows how to remove it?

    I've tried a couple of plugins, none worked.
