Remove or hide Ad Review details from step 2, and how to reduce Ad submission time

i want Ad submission without Ad Review page, which i achieved through commenting cp_show_review function in step2.php, just confirming if there's any other solution for this.

Furthermore, i am more interested in reducing ad submission time.
