    Removing Highlighting Bar

    I am having trouble with a plugin named WP-Alert-Bar on domain http://freeworldwideads.com

    Every time the bar displays no matter weather in the header or footer of page the contents area of the bar is highlighted making it difficult to read and untidy.

    I have disabled all other plugins without change.

    If I change the theme to something simple like 2015 etc the bar displays as it should. Unfortunately the site needs to run with the Classipress theme.

    Any solutions suggestions most welcome.
