Replicating new ads (and new users) to another site

Hi.
Supposing I have two distinct sites that have the same structure, categories, custom fields, etc., can anyone imagine a way to have new insertions to one site (new users and new adds) replicated to the other site?

Does not have to be in real time, might be something run every few hours or might be triggered by the insertion itself. The output could be whatever is easiest to obtain, maybe a database dump to copy over and import on the other site, or an email with text and attachments for the images...

Anyone have any ideas on how this could be achieved?
