    Reset Password - Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid

    I try to reset my dummy user account because I forgot the password then the email send to me with reset password link when I click it then Reset Password - Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.
    For info
    I used latest classipress 3.3 and wordpress 3.5.1
    I test it in my samsung galaxy note2
    I select and try
    Chrome
    Firefox
    Popup internet
    Dolphin
    And I clear all cache
    But I cannot rest my forget password all of them invalid key...

    Pls help..anyone...
