    Restrict posting into lowest subcategory

    Hello,
    please tell me if it's possible to force user to post into the deepest subcategory instead of it's parent. Now i have the depth of category tree = 4.
    P.S. i have ticked the option in admin panel Allow Parent Category Posting = NO
