Separate login & features for visitors

I'd like to offer my visitors a separate registration/login, in which they are not able to post any adverts (this is only available for business members), but can post comments, add adverts to their MyFavourites, and see extra content from adverts (which will be hidden from normal visitors). I'd also like to email them special offers on a regular basis. Do I need another plugin for some of these features e.g. Buddypress, or can it be done with Classipress as it is (maybe with customisation)? Does anyone have any suggestions please?
