    Allow visitors to apply without needing to login/register?

    I've been searching everywhere and can't find a way for visitors to the site to apply for a job without needing to login/register.

    Under Jobroller -> Settings -> Resumes

    I have changed Enable Job Seeker Registration to No but this makes no difference.

    I'm using version 1.6 with no plugins. It's also a fresh upload not an update.

    Am I missing something obvious?
