Show the location (State) list (links) in widget so it show ads by state

Hi,
What I would like to do is a list of states in widget area so when user click on each state classipress will show all ads from this state (like serch by state) I use advanced serch plugin but it would be nice to have it without serching...
It similar thing to subcategory list in widget area but instead subcategory I prefer state list... hmm... and how to do it with specific category becouse on front page it shows all ads but in category it should shows ads only from this category sorted by state ... Any ideas or tutorials? Maybe something like this but works with classipress 3.2.1 http://forums.appthemes.com/show-loc...ts-list-11304/
