Single ad image

I have a problem with the single ad image.
When the page is first loaded the main image in the main box is to small. The images only show in the correct size when the thumbnails are clicked on?

I need the image on first page load to be normal size, the same as when the thumbnails are clicked on and shown in the main box.

I have looked through some code but cannot find it and I have tried the media settings on the dashboard but no change.
Any help.
