    Site is showing blank page

    I've tried adding a line in the theme-footer.php file and attempted to save the changes. The save was in pending for a long time and I decided to close it. After reattempting to enter the page again, now it's showing as blank (or under maintenance if opened from IE). I can't even enter the dashboard directly.
