skip the gateway page

Hello,

Maybe it's not the right place but I can't find a solution to my problem and nobody answer me for a mod or a plugin

In fact I would like exactly the same thing that the "Bank Transfert" in Classipress but one with "Cash" and one other with "Check"

or to skip this page because all the customers should only use offline paiement ( in a shop )
