    Lightbulb Solution: User Profile Photos (Avatar)

    Try this simple plugin to allow your Users to post their own profile photos. Includes Crop and Auto-resizing. "User Avatar" see:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-avatar/

    It looks like they updated it recently, however the previous version was not working for us so we fixed it ourselves. Here's our working example:

    We've attached our modified working version of User Avatar for WordPress v3.2.1. Please note: new version available that may be working (see: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-avatar/)

    The plugin should work right out of the box. If there's does not, try our working modified version attached.
