Submit Listing - Must Choose Sub Category Before Proceeding

Hey everyone,

General question which should be found within the directory below.

wp-content/themes/classipress/includes/forms/step1.php

How do I make it so users must also choose a sub-category before proceeding in Step One of my listing process. It currently allows me to select a main category and then have the option to select a sub category before proceeding. Is there a way to make the "Go" button appear after appropriate sub categories have been selected, or is there a way to not let the user proceed until they've filled in all the categories appropriately?

Reason being... This will avoid ads being sorted into a general category.
