TinyMCE Buttons

I pasted the code starting on line 131 in the tpl-edit-ad.php file and the buttons did not show up. I cleared cache too.
I thought it might be because I'm using TinyMCE Advanced so I disabled it and got the same results. The new ad submission form works great with or without TinyMCE Advanced enabled - so that can't be the problem.
Any suggestions? I can PM you with a login for testing if you wish.
