    Top header bar

    Ive inserted an image in the header, but I was after some help in making the very top black bar (the one that says WELCOME USER, DASHBOARD, LOGOUT) transparent ,and have the header blending into it, so it looks like the text and buttons at the very top are floating within the header image?

    Ive tried searching the forum, but can not find the secific code or mod I require, lots on just header image, which Ive already done.

    Anyone help?
