Trying to highlight the 'contact' tab in the ad sidebar (#priceblock2)

I thought it would be good to have the contact tab in the ad sidebar (I think it's priceblock2) a different colour from priceblock 1 and 3, so that the contact would be much more obvious.(As attached) Is it master-rtl.css that I have to change? Anyone have a line number please?
