    Need help to put severals contact in the sidebar !

    Hello,

    I'd like to know how can I put a contact form in the right sidebar but different according my pages.
    When I put a contact form in my widget sidebar, I have my contact form in all pages. But, Id like to
    get a special contact form for patrick, philippe, kevin and so one, in the right side of their page.

    I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
