    updating from 3.1.8 to 3.1.9 folder already exists.

    I'm currently on 3.1.8 and want to update to 3.1.9.
    My site isn't live yet and so want to add a few of newer features of 3.1.9 before i go live.

    When i browse the zip file and start install it sais folder already exists.

    What am i missing??
