    upload option in contact seller form?

    hello dudes/dudettes

    I am attempting to make a upload option appear on the contact seller form, As I am not using the site classified advert listings, instead the site is to host job advertisments and it would be most excellent to allow a responder to an advert have the option of submitting there cv direct from the contact advert poster on the right of the screen.

    Any help or guidance will be much appreciated
