Urgent problem..please help me
I am writing to ask for urgent help , I do not know what to do.
I built a classifieds site (
www.altroke.it ) using ClassiPress as a platform. everything was fine until a few days ago, when the traffic of incoming and outgoing email is blocked. I did some tests and I deduced that :
1) All the communication traffic is blocked, for new mail on an approved email , new email user , including a contact form which I included (using CF7 ) in the " advertising " ;
2 ) I tried to do a clean installation of ClassiPress in a subfolder of the same domain : communication still does not work ;
3 ) I tried to do a clean installation of ClassiPress in another domain : everything works perfectly.
I contacted the provider (Aruba) for more help , and I'm waiting .
What could be the problem ? Did you ever hear of a similar problem ? How can I fix ? We are desperate because the site is growing and we can not continue like this. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP .
