    Unhappy user profiles not working

    hi guys, when a user clicks on 'poster' the postee's link does not work (taken to error page 404 not found) http://flatsbrighton.co.uk/author/admin am i missing somthing? do i need to enable the action? if so where? I have noticed the URL differs, no permalink included in url.....every link has a permalink action other than 'posters'.
