    User registration is currently not allowed.

    Okay... I've got 3.0 installed and everything SEEMS to be working okay except for registration... Maybe it's because I've been up all night and I can't think straight anymore but every time I log out of WordPress Dashboard and then try to post an ad as a new user, the login page says that registration is disabled with the following message:

    User registration is currently not allowed.

    So how do I enable this so someone can actually post an ad?
