I want to development a directory,coupons,events and classifieds site with classipres

I want to develop a site that would include businesses, coupons (for the businesses), events, classifieds and display these businesses, coupons, events and classifieds. Want to build site in Wordpress with classipress. Please suggest me the best way to start can I install same theme multiple time and do it or just install plugins for all those requirements ,I am not really good in coding suggest me best ways have all features in one website with classipress .
